Employee Recognition Programs

When our employees reach career milestones or go above and beyond in delivering top-notch service, we strive to recognize their efforts in every way we can.

  • Our Performance Incentive Plan rewards all eligible employees if specific hospital-wide goals–including financial, patient safety and satisfaction, and other department-specific goals—are met each year.
  • Department managers can nominate employees for Special Achievement Awards of up to 2 percent of salary when they reach specific goals or perform at exceptionally high levels.
  • Employees who reach significant milestones–beginning at 10 years–receive Years of Service Awards, and those who reach 25 years are honored at an annual celebration where they become part of the Quarter Century Club.
  • Our Service Excellence Heroes program honors employees, physicians and volunteers who are nominated by their peers for providing the highest levels of service.
